We recommend using a high-quality disc lock for added security, and we provide one for free with your rental.

What should I do if I lose my key or lock?
If you lose your key, please contact our office. We may be able to assist in removing or replacing the lock, although a small lock removal fee may apply.

Can I live or sleep in a storage unit in Waco, TX?
No, living or sleeping in a storage unit is strictly prohibited at our storage facility in China Spring just outside of Waco, TX. Storage units are designed solely for storing items and do not meet safety or legal requirements for habitation. How do I secure or unlock my unit door if it’s difficult to open?
If you’re having trouble, ensure the door is fully open or fully closed before attempting to latch or unlatch. You may also need to step on the door handle or pedal to help align the door with the latch and create a secure seal at the base.

Changing or Ending Your Rental

Can I switch to a different storage unit size if my needs change?
Yes, you can switch to a different unit size based on availability. Contact our office, and we’ll help you find a space that better fits your current needs.

How do I end my rental?
To end your rental, please notify us 10-days in advance as required by Texas law and the rental agreement, empty and sweep out your unit, and return any combination locks to the lock drop box located at the front of Row E. Our customer service representatives are available to assist you should you have any questions about the move-out process.

Is there a long-term lease, or can I rent monthly?
All rentals are month-to-month, allowing you the flexibility to rent as long as you need without a long-term commitment.
