What is needed to rent a unit?
-You will need to come in to fill out a few forms and sign a lease. It takes about 10-15 minutes. We will need: 1) A copy of your driver’s licence
2) First payment of the rental
How long is the lease for? Am I stuck for a year if I no longer need it?
-Our lease is a month-to-month contract. You are NOT required to stay a certain period of time . As long as you are current on payments, you can leave when you no longer need the unit.
When do I have access to my unit?
–You will have access to your unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Every tenant has a unique key code to the security gate and can come and go as they need.
Does your company provide locks?
–We currently DO NOT provide locks and you will need to bring your own. We require you keep a lock on your unit for the safety of your belongings.
When is my rent due every month?
–Rent is due at the 1st of every month. Late fees will apply as follows: $5.00 added to your account after the 5th of the month and $15.00 added to your account after the 15th of the month.
What methods of payment are available?
–We accept cash, credit card, check, and money order. You can pay in person or call our office to pay by credit card. You are also welcome to mail checks or money orders to: 13044 China Spring RD, China Spring, TX 76633
Do you offer a Military discount?
–Yes! We proudly support our military men, women, and families. Just let us know when you come in to rent your unit.
