How long is the lease for? Am I stuck for a year if I no longer need it?

-Our lease is a month-to-month agreement. You are NOT required to stay a certain period of time. As long as you are current on payments, you can leave when you no longer need the unit.

 

When do I have access to my unit?

–You will have access to your unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Every tenant has a unique access code to the security gate and can come and go as they need.

 

Does your company provide locks?

–We provide a welcome packet in each unit that includes a complimentary disk lock. You may bring your own lock if you like, but only one tenant lock is permitted on a unit. 

 

What methods of payment are available?

–We accept credit card, debit card, and ACH payments. You can manage your account, schedule payments, and sign-up for automatic payments through our website. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards.

 

When is my rent due every month?

–Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Late fees will apply as follows: $5.00 added to your account after the 5th of the month and $15.00 added to your account after the 15th of the month. Take advantage of credit card payments for flexible payment terms and auto-pay to avoid late fees!

 

My unit’s door doesn’t seem to unlatch/latch. How do I unlock/secure it?

–Most self-storage roll-up doors require that you step on the door pedal/handle while you slide the latch. This is to ensure a good seal at the base of the door when it is latched.
